This segment gives an overview of the consumption metrics of each service and gets a granular view of successful and failed calls. Data can be viewed for a particular time range and time grain to further increase insights.

Workflow Performance

The Bureau Platform Dashboard reports on how Workflows and Transactions perform. It provides an analysis of Accept, Reject, and Manual Review rates, giving you an overview. Total transactions per capability are also displayed to better understand customers.

Device Analytics

Individual device analytics are an important aspect of the dashboard, providing insights on Fingerprint buckets by user, User Buckets by Fingerprints, and various risk levels. Data can be viewed for a specific time range and time series to gain better insights.
